1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using StoreBlog ("the Service"), operated by Binarychakra (Seven Hills Software), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoreBlog is a Shopify application that generates AI-powered, SEO-optimized blog content, audits existing content, and provides related analytics for your store.

3. Accounts and Access

• The Service is accessed through your Shopify store account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your store's installation.
• You must have the authority to accept these Terms for the store you connect.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system on a recurring basis.
• Each plan includes a monthly article generation allowance; unused allowance does not roll over.
• You may cancel or change plans at any time from the app; changes take effect per Shopify's billing cycle rules.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

• You own the content generated for your store and may use it without restriction.
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for its compliance with laws applicable to your business (including advertising and product-claim rules).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or third-party rights, including intellectual-property rights;
• generate deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties outside your own store(s).

7. Intellectual Property

We own the Service, including its software, design, and templates. You retain ownership of your store data and generated content. You grant us the limited license needed to process your data to provide the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon uninstall, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR SEARCH RANKING, TRAFFIC, OR REVENUE OUTCOME.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
